This post is about our amazing community at Progressive Performance, and what I think is important in building a community. I always wanted to build a community that gives back and brings something positive to those who are less fortunate, or facing tough times. 

Charity is so important, this is why it is a big part of our business. 

It’s why we have Charity of the Month check-ins and donate no less than $300 to each charity we have sponsored during their featured month!

Another way we like to help our community and give back is through our charity workouts where we collect donations as the admission fee for everyone to get a great workout with us here at the gym. 

Did you hear? We have a charity workout coming up! Our Thanksgiving Workout benefiting the Maltby Food Bank where you can sweat before your turkey dinner for a good cause. 

We have been running this Thanksgiving Charity Workout for 4 years now and every year we end up with a ton of food and non-perishable goods to donate to the Maltby Food Bank.

Last year we had over 150 food items that went to help many families in need.

During the holiday season, it’s a wonderful time to give back to our community. You can give back and get a great workout in before you eat a ton of food on Thanksgiving day!  

We host workouts at 9am and 10am and have a few spots left in each session. All you have to do is register here progressiveperformance.com/thanks and bring a non-perishable item with you to get into the workout.
