Woodinville native with 16 years of experience as a personal trainer and strength coach. Completed Western Washington University's Kinesiology program, earned his NSCA CSCS, and trained as a corrective exercise specialist with Kinetic Integrations — currently pursuing Postural Restoration Institute certification.

Competitive gymnast for 14 years before becoming head strength coach for all Seattle Pacific University teams. Joined PP in 2019 and is a competitive powerlifter with state records, chasing a 1,000-lb total and a 300-lb bench.

Kinesiology graduate of Western Washington University with a Master's in Sports Coaching from the University of Denver. Still coaches wide receivers and writes the strength and conditioning program at Ferndale High School.

Over 10 years of skiing and snowboarding experience with a deep love for mountain biking, hiking, and powerlifting. Started as a PP intern and was hired full-time within three months; currently pursuing a Kinesiology degree.

Born in Southern California and raised in Lake Tahoe, Sean served as a US Navy Fleet Marine Force Corpsman and carried that background into a civilian career as a paramedic. Joined PP in July 2025 while finishing his BS in Kinesiology at Seattle University, driven by a passion for human movement and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Grew up in Sammamish and found his passion for training on the high school track team. Earned his Kinesiology degree at Western Washington University — including a cadaver dissection course as an anatomy teaching assistant — and coached high school Track & Field before joining PP.

Born and raised in the greater Seattle area with 23+ years of soccer behind him and over 600 skydives' worth of body awareness and risk management. Brings equipment expertise from his early career with Precor and a marketer's eye for detail to movement mechanics and safety.

Lifelong athlete who worked as a photographer and videographer before following his passion into personal training. Currently pursuing a nutrition degree to better support clients in physical strength, mental resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Born and raised in Duvall, she started out rowing for Western Washington University before finding powerlifting and bodybuilding. Certified since 2018 and training clients full-time since finishing her Kinesiology degree, she values PP's science-based approach.

Grew up playing sports on the East Coast and made her way across the country before calling Redmond home. After years in business operations, banking, and tech, powerlifting led her into coaching — she started at PP as an intern before joining the team full time. Former tennis team captain, half-marathoner, and dragonboat racer.

Raised in Kirkland, she went from youth gymnastics to high school volleyball before graduating summa cum laude from Oregon State University with a BS in Kinesiology, where she was a learning assistant for anatomy and physiology. Earned her NASM CPT in 2026 and joined PP that May.

Born and raised in Snohomish, Faith competed in rhythmic gymnastics at a high level for more than 10 years, then competed internationally twice in Aesthetic Group Gymnastics. Started as a PP intern in April 2026 and joined the team full time that June, helping others find the confidence to reach their full potential.

Grew up in Renton and studied kinesiology at Seattle Pacific University, graduating summa cum laude in June 2026 with degrees in Exercise Science, Theology, and Honors Liberal Arts. Completed strength and conditioning internships, including a season with the SPU men's basketball team, before joining PP full time in July 2026.
